Multipliers
Beach fishing multipliers are different from boat multipliers for a number of reasons.
Firstly, fishing from a beach requires that you generally have to cast your tackle out a lot further, therefore they are much smaller to aid casting and are engineered and designed specially for this type of fishing.
This is mainly because the angler is required to hold the rod and the spool of the reel at the same time with his thumb whilst casting, where as a normal sized boat fishing reel would be much too big for this.
